Professional, knowledgeable, and brandon did outstanding with my truck purchase. Last purchase was 1996 from oconner gmc. What a great improvement in the dealership and selection since then.

Again, Pete and Francine treated my wife, Megan, my two sons, and me with excellent service. From May to June 30, 2025, I've paid over $6,000 in repairs for a 2012 Silverado and a 2012 Chevy Malibu, plus over $1,000 in repairs to my wife's 2021 Trail Boss (which had to be towed - a $ 55,000 truck). Then I received a letter in the mail stating that my 2022 6.2L Trail Boss would eventually blow up at some point. To say I was frustrated is a severe understatement. Totaling the cost of these vehicles, and they can't make it past 50k miles without serious issues? Anyways, that's how frustrated I was/am. Again, the only reason I'm staying with GM is the service and accommodation that those two provide. Pete and Francine were able to get my 2012 Silverado in and my wife's 2021 Trailboss in immediately. I was away in D.C. for the military and absolutely helpless. one call to Pete and he made it happen. While Francine was able to accommodate my oldest son's car in less than 7 days to get a brake job completed, which it absolutely needed, and we knew it. These are two good people, and I am a fourth generation GM buyer. GM vehicles are junk now, especially for the price. I would have traded everything, but I know I'm not getting service like this anywhere else. I know because I've tried.

There is no Owners manual, and I cannot figure out the controls. I am 81 and do not do Q R codes. The dealership is unable to get me one! Help!!!!!!!!

Was given Silverado 1500 yrick gor a loaner. I am amdocapped and couldn't even get into the truck. I went back inside and was told that's all the had. I was told to go yo Walmart and buy a battery pack and take my car back home. I have had this car 30 days. I finally figured out how to get in on passenger side and slide over.i took directly home because I was so nervous driving it. I could not do any of my errands.. Not a good way to start with a new customer. One a better not. It was my battery and was replaced under warranty. With a lot full of cars dont understand why the only available loaner was a four door big truck 2025 with 4,000 miles.

Service was excellent. I called around 4:30 pm on a Thursday and I was told to be there at 7:30 am the next morning and I would be given a loaner to use until my truck was repaired, not knowing if it would be looked at that day. I received a call about 4 hours later stating my truck was all set and ready to be picked up. All the employees I dealt with in the service dept. were outstanding.

My truck is only a year old. Been back for service 3 times for the same issue. (Right turn signal not self canceling). So far so good, seams ok now.

The issue was diagnosed and the gear shifter replaced. The truck works fine now, though I question why the gear shifter would need replacement after only 29,400 miles on a 2022 Canyon Denali.

The salesman,Levi Haywood was a joy to work with. I was searching for the most economical vehicle in a particular color and body type. He eventually found what I was looking for and was very helpful throughout the process. I had talked to my bank about financing a portion of the cost at there interest rate and was told that the interest would be 1% higher. I asked the finance guy why and he replied it was CRIF . I also asked him if I could pay the entire amount and get financing at my bank, and deposit the loan back into my account. He didn’t know. The loan officer said that wasn’t a problem. The loan officer also told me that when they received the loan request from Oconnor they would adjust the interest Dow to their rate. I believe this is information that loan officers at you’re companies should be aware of.
